Shipping Policy

Shipping is typically done once a week, on Fridays. Once the item has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery. If any delays occur owing to the postal or courier service, The Hungry Palette will not bear responsibility.

In case your order gets lost in transit, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a store credit as long as the tracking proves that the item is lost.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to offer the best quality artwork, prints, and books that we can. If you find a defect or some damage in the product that you have received, we will offer a replacement as long as you write to us and let us know, and ship the product back to us within 7 days. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds otherwise. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please write to thehungrypalette@gmail.com to request for exchange along with photographs and your order number within 7 days of receiving it.

In the off-chance that your order gets lost in the mail, we will offer a free replacement for you. If you have not received your package within 60 days of the date of dispatch, because it is lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement or offer a refund in the form of store credit. As long as the tracking proves that the package is lost, we can offer a refund or store credit. This will not be offered otherwise. Cash refunds on Paypal/Credit card/Debit card are not applicable for packages that are lost.

Custom Artwork: Any custom paintings like maps, or any kind of custom illustrations are not eligible for returns or refunds. If the custom artwork order has been placed, but the customer fails to revert with sufficient details, feedback, reference photographs, and whatever else is required to complete the artwork within 90 days of the order being placed, the order is considered completed, and the customer will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where there is a genuine reason for the delay, exceptions can be made, at the discretion of The Hungry Palette.
